  • This particular location is pandemonium! Getting any information on any of their cats, they make you feel like they're doing you a favour. The adoption centre volunteers come across as permanently bored and also doing you a begrudging favour. They don't update Toronto Animal Services when one of their placed pets are adopted out. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because the dogs who go to the groomers seem happy. Other than that, it's a challenge coordinating any cat adoptions.
