  • I had my first IPL with Daphne today. I have had IPLs sporadically for the last 16 years. She was by far the best esthetician I ever came across. Daphne is extremely professional, explaining step by step what she was doing when she was doing her procedure. She also did extras such as popping a whitehead, chin & nose blackhead extraction. I know, kinda TMI but, this is information that I think is important, because it shows that Daphne goes above & beyond this procedure. At the end of the procedure she also cleansed my skin & applied lotion & sunscreen to my face with a little massage. She is also extremely animated & is very positive & polite. She didn't try to upsell me the products in the office, which I appreciate because normally the esthetician will do a hard sell & make you feel obligated to buy skin creams from them. As far as the new office is concerned, I like it. Very comfortable, elegant & clean, which is what most day spas are lacking in this town. I will definitely be back for more IPLs & other treatments from Daphne
