  • I know this McDonald's is in a shady area of down town Phoenix next to the Jail where people try to scam and steal, but there are good decent people that have little choices on where to eat especially if you are in area for work and don't know the area. But when I went here for lunch I ordered med fry and I got this... Okay..okay I know it's McDonald's but at least fill the container to med size I don't expect it to be overflowing but at least fill it... So I go back up to counter and question the portion size, the young man at register said that's a medium... I said okay the box is medium but contents look like a value menu xtra small..? So me n him go back n forth for a minute, the whole time 2 managers or shift leader or whatever they are seem to be ignoring the issue and not coming over... Then the you man took it upon himself to get me another order of Fry's ..this time filled. .. long story short... Check your food before you leave unless you want to spend $ and not get much. And to the management you are worthless.
