  • FANTASTIC PLACE! Britni listens to what I want, asks questions, and makes great recommendations. I'm new to the area and am so happy that my mother-in-law referred me to 20 Volume! My mom is visiting from Michigan and she never gets her hair done (other than from a box of color), so you can imagine the work that Britni had to do on it. She did an awesome job and made my mom feel comfortable and beautiful! I think she was close to tears when we left because of how great her hair looked. Kudos to Britni and the rest of the team! Wonderful place!!!
