  • Worst time share Ive stayed at in my 8 times to vegas. I recommend the Elara and any Hilton. Very disappointed. We stayed here as platinum members who are newly engaged. We were told I could get an upgrade if available and though available, they wouldn't give us an upgraded room. All we wanted was a jacuzzi tub. No dryer sheets for dryer, bad room service and food options and the shuttle by day is used for their time share presentations so all of the buses are full by their employees so, the guests can't ever catch a shuttle to the Harrahs. Their pin drop is wrong so Uber's kept going to TOp Golf, there is no cleaning service where as all other resorts come mid week to clean and take trash and towels. Won't be staying here again.
