  • Saw a previous review of someone unimpressed with the Consume Loco and was prompted to write a rebuttal. Perhaps they forgot, or did not know, to add the lime and salsa to taste? All my childhood summers were spent in La Capital and nearby Cuernavaca, this is authentic as it gets. I even get flashbacks of my aunts with every bite. I dare you name a place in Vegas that comes anywhere close.
