I've been coming here since I was a kid and it is pretty much what you would expect from an urgent care. Like everyone else said, wait time can be great or take hours (in my experience it's usually about 1-2 hour wait time, but what do you expect for a quick care?)
The reason I'm giving it a 3 is because of the front desk staff. No smile or hello when you walk in (I feel like this is customer facing basics #1). They were nice enough when I paid and gave me my paperwork but as I'm sitting here in the office silence, they're whispering back and forth complaining about their other staff members. I get it, coworkers suck everywhere but the conversations should not be had right in front of the patients. Also whispering doesn't really help as it is DEAD SILENCE other than you're loud whispers saying "I'm sick of her telling me how to do my job" or "I can't believe he said that to me, blah blah blah." Basic customer service rules should be followed wherever patients are...
but thanks to the doctors here I keep coming.
All in all: standard quick are facility.
