The people at the front of the house are always kind. It seems like the store manager runs a tight ship and owns the business.
The store is usually clean, well stocked and recovered. The parking lot is absolutely disastrous. It is poorly designed, hard to get in and out of, many cars can't follow the traffic pattern making it dangerous, and the asphalt needs graded and repaired.
The pharmacy folks are kind enough, but insanely slow. There are times I've waited more than two hours for a script. They need to increase capacity, staffing, or build another store to relieve pressure from the poor pharmacy staff.
