  • NEVER use this company. Bait and switch. I called for a quote and a gentleman came to my house for an estimate. We needed the entire carpet cleaned and stretched. We were given a quote were extremely happy it wasn't extremely expensive. When the two men showed up to perform the service, they tried to double the quote originally given. The "owner" Jason called the original person who gave me the quote who then denied giving the quote. Jason ended up giving me the original price when I threatened to call Better Business Bureau. They ended up doing a great job therefore I decided to call them for our new house. Jason came to give me a quote and suddenly the price per stair went up although I was a returning customer. I also had to give a $25 deposit (cash only although their advertisement indicates they accept major credit cards). I ended up needing to cancel the appoint because our washing machine broke down. I called in a timely manner and indicated I didn't know when I would be able to reschedule. Jason refused to send me a check or credit my credit card the $25. Do not trust Jason or anyone who works at this company. They make up the rules as they go. I tried to give them another chance but would never work with them again. Jason may have made an additional $25 but he lost a customer and I will never refer him to anyone in the future. STAY AWAY!
