Piece of home away from home. I stop by regularly here on the weekend to pick up burek (they offer 3 varieties in personal size - meat, cheese or spinach). I love that they have included the cevapi/kebapi (100% ground beef) on the menu now, we usually split the 5 piece portion between me and my bf. Comes inside of a lepinja/samun (traditional Balkanian oven-baked soft bread with oil brushed on top) and chopped white onion and a dollop of Ajvar (roasted red pepper spread). Always consistent baking and good homey food. They offer variety of traditional Balkan deserts - cream puffs, keks cake, baklava, tiramisu, etc. Also there's plenty of cured meats that are prepackaged and imported, cheeses and kefir and a lot more goodies from the Balkan ends of Europe. I've been going to this place for over 4 years now and I'd recommend it to anyone who's been wanting to try traditional Eastern European breakfast food.
