  • Why is everyone so mad at this place? I'm a local that needed a minivan while my folks were in town. They had the best deal at the time. There were two people ahead of my in line, 3 people working, I was in and out in less than 10 min. They didn't even try to upsell me. I politely declined the insurance coverage also. *shrug* Got a nice condition Toyota Sienna, couldn't have asked for much better. Cost was a bit more because I was early for my reservation but was told it would be adjusted as long as I brought it back the same time.
