I have mixed feelings on this Hyatt:
Positives:
Great staff/Front desk
Great breakfast
Great Price
Free Internet
Negatives:
Ugly part of Phoenix
A/C is super inconsistent. (It gets really hot and really cold, randomly during the night regardless of the setting.)
The pool is nice and long enough to swim laps. The workout facility is too small, but the equipment is up to date.
My favorite part was the system of trails which run along the Arizona Canal and the "wild ferrel" cats living in the office building complex adjacent to the Hotel.
Also, great proximity to Bobby Q's BBQ.
Note: If given a room facing I-17, I would not stay here.....too much road noise.
