This studio is awesome. Yes they do offer free classes! And by free I mean no strings attached, no sales pitch FREE. The free classes are taught by yoga instructors in training so the types of yoga taught during the free classes vary and you don't know what type until you show up. All you have to do is fill out a feedback form at the end of class.
Outside of the free practicum classes, they offer a wide variety of yoga classes (except hot yoga, I think, which is irrelevant to me anyway because I think hot yoga is gross) that cater to beginner and experienced practicers. One of the classes I attended featured "singing bowls" and wow if you ever get the chance to experience this, do it!
The studios are beautiful, clean and have large windows that face the pond at the back of the property. They are equipped with all of the basic yoga equipment including mats so if you are interested in checking out a class but don't want to invest in a mat, you can use the ones provided.
As much as I love the windows that is my only very small ding against this place so far; I like a dark room for savasana and if you're in a daytime class it's still pretty bright. But this is a personal preference, I can just put a blanket over my face!
Someone also told me that the entire facility is feng shui designed which promotes good energy.
The staff is nice, the teachers are wonderful and I can't wait to go back!
