  • I signed a year lease and I just moved out and I couldnt be more angry with this place. It is extremely overpriced, my roommates and I were paying $1705 for a three bedroom and that is more then what people pay for a three bedroom house. When we signed they found all these extra ways to make our rent higher than what we were originally told. In addition, we were promised a 24 hour gym as well as a pool and a clubhouse that STILL isnt opened. We were told it would be open the end of May of last year. (we moved in March 1, 2017). So we were paying for amenities we never even had. The parking was horrible, there were never any under the shade spots available for residents simply because there werent enough of them! Also, dont plan on getting any deposits back. They are holding $500 worth of deposits and in addition charging us a addition $100 for basic wear and tear. I couldnt be more happy to be out of this place. Spare your bank account and do not sign here. You will be paying way to much in rent and not getting any money back. The parking is horrible. They dont have the amenities they say they have. If your looking to move to this area move to Sky Pointe instead where the rent in half of this and they actually have amenities.
