  • Start with correct customer service. I rushed all the way over here to make it by 8:45pm as their website listed they are open until 9pm, only to see the shop closed and the doors outside stating 8pm. Getting the times correct should be the bare basics and a simple thing you'd think of when running a business. Sad to see I'm not the only one who's had an issue similar to this here.
