  • Olives is an upscale Mediterranean style restaurant that overlooks the famous Bellagio fountains. I'll start with the decor it is modern and classy and creates a warm romantic mood. The food is delicious. My favorite items to order are the fig and prosciutto flat bread and the beef carpaccio. The beef carpaccio is huge and is one of the most unique and amazing dishes I've ever had. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is when I made our reservation weeks ahead of time I specially requested a table with a view of the fountains which they said sure. When we got there our table was no where near the fountains and they said there was no way we could get one. We were very disappointed that they did not honor our request.
