If I could give less than one star to this place I would. My poor puppy contacted parvo and on every single visit I received complete opposite advice from the veterinarians and vet techs at this place. While one did not even flinch at us giving out puppy Pepto bismol, a second vet would not focus on the illness itself but keep going on about the Pepto Bismol. My baby girl was ill and vomiting but was still herself, was licking me and smiling during our first visit. 2 days later I had not yet received any pills or medication even though I informed them that she had stopped throwing up. I was told that because my baby could not keep "food in" I had to go everyday to the office to get her shots. $300 dollars every visit and was still judged harshly for not being able to hospitalize. Keep in mind that I went every day for 3 days straight to get her shots. Every single day we would get a different vet assistant and none of them could be bothered to check my baby's file. When I finally got tired and asked the vet tech with the tattoos to check my dogs file she got an attitude and slammed by dying puppy on the scale and on the vet table. She at the very least should be fired for animal abuse. The day my baby died I told them that the moving her, carrying her, and transporting her in the heat to the office every afternoon was too much of a strain for my pet and asked to give my puppy pills as she looked worse with every visit. I received the "she is not keeping food in so she needs to come" standard answer that they appeared to just use every other sentence. Excuse me for being a concerned owner and worry about exposing my already ill puppy to the extreme heat of Phoenix every day. never did I received something to help with her diarrhea or more explanation on what to do with care. I was handed a pamphlet, sent home and charged 300 dollars per visit. I called another vet who walked me through how to care for my baby and advised me to ask for a medication to help stop my baby's diarrhea not just to be handed a pill to sooth her stomach. Traveling to the office caused my pet unimaginable strain and was not just observed my me. My baby lost more energy traveling to be seen, shivered and waited for two hours in a super cold room without being helped, saw the actual vet for a top of 4 minutes each visit and was thrown around by insensitive vet techs like she was a pile of dirty laundry. I don't regret paying for treatment and seeking for a place to treat my baby. But I urge you to reconsider if you plan to take your animal here for something else than a regular check up visit. Vets seemed young, inexperienced and at best unhelpful. Vet techs were not only ignorant but there was one specifically with a nasty attitude. The only reason they get business is due to their flexible hours. The only person that showed some compassion towards me or my dog was one of the receptionists. Other vet techs threw around comments such as "don't think about getting another puppy after this one" just as my sick puppy, who was still licking me, smiling and seeking affection was receiving her first sets of shots to treat the disease. I could go on. But I am only writing you to warn other pet owners. If you care about your babies please in memory of mine DO NOT BRING YOURS HERE!!!
