| - I am leaving a 3 stars rating because it's a hit and miss for this place.
I'd say most of my visits were positive, there were misunderstandings and we managed to fix it.
Last week I have called to scheduled a service to replace a tire because I found a nail in it. The service was wonderful. I told guy on the phone that I worked far, but I know the technicians leave at 5, I will try to rush down there by 4:45. He said no problem, and I ended up arrived at 4:30, they managed to switch a tire for me, and I even added in the oil change, and they did it.
Fast forward to this week's Monday, that was when I found a nail in the side wall of my other tire, so I went with the same route and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 4:30. Today(Wednesday) I checked my email, it said the appointment time has switched to 7:00am. So I called and make sure everything is still going to be okay. And this guy on the phone (Not 100% sure but Russ was his name?) was rude. He said to just bring my car in, I said I told him the earliest I can be there is 4:30, he told me I had to be there by 3:30 because technicians are leaving at 5. Then I questioned him why would it be okay for me to get my tire changed when I arrived at 4:30 just a week ago, and also does it really an hour and 30 mins to switch a tire. He started to get defensive and told me because he had to make sure the tire is in stock. I said I have already called parts to verify the tire was in stock on Monday. He said if I wanted his help, I will need to listen. I said to him whatever and I just hang up. After I waited a couple minutes and called again, this time Tony answered the phone, he was very nice and said the schedule time shouldn't be a problem, he also ensured me that the express team will be able to switch the tire out for me if I arrive by 4:30 today. What a night and day difference..... But that's what I meant. Hit and miss for servicing.
I really want to like this place, because I love Subaru and they are the only dealer at Las Vegas.....
