  • First of all, I am a 22 year old who has never had an apartment before and lives with messy boys, so I suppose my standards are low, but I would say if you fit into those conditions, this apartment would be great for you. I got lucky living on the top floor and things fall apart frequently (doors come off, the toilet was leaking, etc) but maintenance is super nice and prompt. Karen is wonderful. People continuously park behind my garage blocking me in, and she has always been helpful and empathetic. It's kind of annoying to have to pay with a check for rent but oh well. Also the pot holes and not that bad. If anything, it's the people going 2 miles per hour over the speed bumps that piss me off. All in all, I love it here and I have NO IDEA why these people hate it here...both of my roommates love it too. I'm thinking the complainers just have never seen what hell looks like.
