  • I'll start by saying I was an avid fan of chatime way back when it was the "it" place for bbt. To me, it has lost some of its former glory. Religiously went to this location when it first opened and through my experiences, everything is so hit and miss here. The drinks would be great one day and bleh the next. Same goes for their customer service, although it leans more towards the not great side, but I guess ppl just come here for the drinks.. You'd prob be better off going somewhere else for bbt or even another location, unless you live around the area and don't wanna go far lol what can you do. 3.5/5
