  • I had a much better experience than the previous reviewers. Summary: Great value, good ice cream but be careful which flavours you choose. We got a waffle cone ($5) and it was HUGE -- it was almost too much ice cream for two people. The server was very nice and the ice cream was tasty. Much better than Baskin Robbins. This is a good alternative to The Big Chill, if you are in the neighbourhood. I think that the variability in reviews could be because there's a lot of variation in the flavours. I had the Hazelnut and it was among the best I've had (and I'm a hazelnut connoisseur). The strawberry was solid. On the other hand, my wife tried the Blood Orange and thought it was too artificial, and their Mint Chocolate Chip is bright green (not a good sign). I say that you should give them the benefit of the doubt for now while they sort out their flavours. Sounds like the opening hours are a little painful though -- there's nothing better than evening ice cream. Hopefully that will change.
