Great amenities for parents and children, however, I think that could possibly be Kangamoo's downfall. Too many parents check their kid in and then check out themselves allowing their children to roam free when they should be supervised. I see many kids being aggressive towards other children and children being left to fend for themselves because parents are lined up for the message chairs and focused on their phones/computers with free wifi. We stopped taking our child here due to this. Would not return until designated age group hours or areas enforced or remove all adult distractions and market this place as a parent/child group play experience.
