  • We saw them building this new clean Mexican market last year but we were honestly a little intimidated to go to a Hispanic market...since we're not Hispanic. Well we've been several times now and we love Cardenas. Service is excellent. Everybody speaks English. The story is sparkling clean. Our visit always starts in their amazing juice bar. You can get a large fresh watermelon juice which is incredible. This is next to their produce section which is the most impressive that I've ever seen. We've bought meat from their butcher and we've always been pleased. The best part is their tortilla factory. They make the best fresh tortilla there, as well as salsa, rice, guac, etc. They have a little restaurant but we've never been. You know that feeling when you have 10 things in your cart at Whole Foods and end up paying $200?!? At Cardenas, your cart will be full and this will cost $50. No joke.
