  • This is a joke! It's a fusion tapas restaurant with a happy contemporary theme, professional host service and McDonald's waiter service. The service is slow and weird. "How big is the serving?" She looked a few seconds on my semi Asian face and told me: "It's like Dim sum" Well, why don't you tell me it's like Banchan or sashimi? Maybe I'm over- sensitive, maybe she will tell anybody it's in a Dim Sum size. I don't know, it's informative I guess, but it's weird. The menu looks boring --+SPANISH CHICKEN CROQUETTES: Croquets were nothing special, but it's edible, until we dip it into the sauce. Lemon pepper sauce was a nightmare. It's sour and overly salty. The sauce makes the croquettes inedible. --+ Black rice: The calamari was tiny and fried. All the black rice pictures on Yelp, calamari looks big and seared, except ours. It looks like fried baby squid, it too tiny to taste the calamari, I can only taste the breadcrumbs, And as to lobster? I assumed they used the tails of the crayfish. I had a tail and Mr.Q had a tail, so where was the body? Or maybe that was a baby crayfish just like the baby squid. They melt down when you cook it. Black rice on the other hand? it was al dente, tasty and bold. but then there is a pile of overly salted Sriracha mayo top the already salted black rice? Really? Sriracha Mayo is creative? I know they used that on a Wendy's burger(Never had it), but here? It made the dish inedible. We try to use the utensils to remove that layer of nastiness. And as to the saffron...Where is it? Maybe the saffron flavor was covered by the Sriracha mayo, it's unlikely, but saffron wasn't there. ---HUEVOS ESTRELLADOS: Over and easy egg on fried chorizo and fries. They were using the same overly salted chorizo again. There is nothing special about this dish, it looks like a 5 dollar dish. ---PINTXO DE CHORIZOS: Chorizos are way too salty, inedible salty, what's wrong with this restaurant? Did the chef stay too long in Germany? Everything is so salty. It's so salty, until I couldn't feel my tongue, the mashed potato is nice, but it didn't balance the saltiness of chorizo, because the potato is so little. Wish saltiness like this? You needs to service at least 1 pound of mashed potato on that plate. ---PINXTO MORUNO: Lamb meat is over cooked, it's chewy, luckily this dish wasn't overly salted, but there is nothing special about the flavor. -++CREMA CATALANA: It looks like a big thin ravioli. The presentation looks funnier than it's taste. It was nothing special, but this is the best dish during the entire evening. At least, it wasn't overly salted. There isn't much cooking technic involved with this restaurant or taste. I'm not so sure the manager/the chef/owner thinks people come to vegas to party and they are dumb any way, they don't know how to enjoy their food, just make this place looks fancy and triple charge them, they don't know any better? I should go for Bazaar and now I'm pissed of myself for choosing this place over bazaar.
