  • My pups have been going to Betty's for over 3 years and I have loved it. Alex their groomer is awesome. Yesterday I found out there is a new owner since Jan 16. Yesterday when I brought my pups home they did not feel as soft as normal, nor smell as good. Had me the owner and just didn't get the feel of comfort as I did when Betty owned it. Very sad
