  • I have to change my review for my dish experience. I was very surprised to get a call from Bari W shortly after posting this revue. She is a customer relations manager I believe. She said that she had read the notes on the file, and agreed that I should not have been charged for cancelling as my contract had been satisfied. She immediately took off all the charges and sent me a e mail stating that there was now a 0 balance. She also sent me a new bill stating a 0 balance. I did not initiate the call. She actually had been trying to call me for some time, but I had put the number on auto reject in my phone. She also had been sending me e mails that I had ignored. Finally she called from her personal phone ( I think ). And explained the situation If I ever go back to a TV service again I will without doubt be going back to Dish, as well as tell my friends and family about my unbelievably fantastic experience with Bari W and Dish network.
