  • This car rental company deserves a big one star. We rented from the Toronto International Airport on December 26th 2017. The windshield washer container was empty. We realized it while on the highway. During the summer, this would have been just fine but in the middle of the winter, this ended out being a safety hazard. Also, the all season tire were done. They had few months in them. No grip. The car ended up sliding in town almost everywhere where there was a little bit of snow or ice. I have been driving in winter conditions for the last 25 years. I can recognize a good tire from one that is done. I will never rent again from this company.
