This is located in a strip mall. The place seems old. The towels are ratchet and more like rags. The first visit I bought a 2 package spray tan. The girl was in a big hurry and didn't seem like she wanted to spend time explaining what to do. Good thing I have done this before ! The lotion for your hands and feet located as an attachment on the wall was all out. I kept pumping and pushing hoping to get some out as it would be a pain to have to get all dressed and go out there to tell them. I was almost upset but realized I could wrap my hands and feet with the paper towels. Such luxury! The floor was dirty and sticky and had dust bunnies and debris of old lotion and possibly bacteria growing on it. The tan was just okay. The second visit I was hoping for a better experience and that the first time was a fluke. Nope. Just as dirty and my towel has so many strings and knots from it it seems like there was pubes in the tangled mess. The girl said it was her first day and she was closing by herself. This frustration of other regular customers who didn't want to wait on her slowness made for an uncomfortable situation with tension and stress. That's the reason for the 2 stars instead of no stars. This poor girl was almost in tears and I felt so bad for her as its not her fault others were being short with her and that she wasn't trained to be there by herself. End result of the 2nd tan? Not good . She gave me the "freckles" tan as she called it and it just looks like a blotchy mess. I was able to use the blocking lotion but really, that doesn't matter since I won't be going back. I posted pictures of the sticky mess in the room.
