  • The experience from beginning to end was marvelous. Charlie promptly approached me as I was gazing at the Grace bag. He not only helped me find what I need to fit my personal lifestyle, but he is very observant and recommended bags that were spot-on to my style and taste. He suggested personalization, but I prefer the classic look and opted out. I appreciated his fun conversation and professionalism. We found out that we share a love for dogs which instantly made me love him even more. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I know Charlie made it better than imagined. To top it off, this store has some purses that Sacramento still does not have. It was super fun to compare bags with a ton of variety to choose from. Next time I am in Vegas, I will definitely come back to this one.
