They are unfailingly polite. Depending on who washes your hair, you occasionally get an AMAZING scalp message with your wash. The stylists always do their best to confirm they understand what kind of cut you want- but they also let you know if they think a cut won't work for you. I have very short hair, and they always do a post-cut wash to remove all the little hairs. Chura is a great salon with excellent prices and a very welcoming, professional vibe.
