rev:text	I was having a hair crisis this morning and called Civello to see if someone could help me. A hairdresser from my hometown totally wrecked my blonde hair, leaving me with a mess of brunette and red. I just moved to the city and so wasn't sure who to call for help. I'm so glad my friend told me about this place. The person on the phone was lovely and sympathetic and did all she could to book me in later today. From the moment I entered the salon I knew that things would be okay. Everyone was really friendly and I liked the beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Then Lauren came in and really did save the day! She's a brilliant colourist and put me at ease right away. She worked with the mess I brought in and helped get me on the path back to blonde. She's so easy to talk to and she did amazing work. I am so happy that I came to this place and ended up booking my next appointment as I was leaving. Thanks to everyone at Civello for making my first visit so pleasant!
