  • I will give them one star for the wax that they uses, the atmosphere is good the prices are very reasonable the cleanliness is good technician is welcoming and friendly BUT "most" of the technicians does not know what they are doing. I've been to many locations each location I will go for about 4-5 times before i go somewhere else each time I go I will try someone different but not once have I've been satisfied. The one and only thing I like about them is their wax. I'm a very busy person so sometimes I go a little more than 4 weeks for my Brazilian but still as a waxing tech they all should know what to do with long hairs "TRIM IT" but not one of them at any EWC dose that. Each and Every single time I come to a EWC they would just slap the wax on. They should first look at how long my hair is, trim it and spread the wax on along with the direction my hair is growing but NOOOOO they slap the wax on spread it anyway they want it twirl it and pull it off. Causing my hair to get cut and in grows. I always leave with little tiny hair that cannot be wax again until its grown out and its too short to tweeze (and painful). Im a licensed cosmetologist so I know what to expect and what needs to be done but I don't want to tell them how to do their job since they're a licensed professional also but this is just unacceptable. I come in for a wax I want and expect ALL my hair to be taken off doesn't matter how long they have to spend on it or how they do it. If anything unexpected happens during the process of the wax and leaves me with patches of hair that cannot be wax anymore then they need to use a tweezer to take every single hair off. But unfortunately not they would tell me there's no way to get every single hair off....come on, seriously? if I can do it, if I can come home and give my husband a tweezer to finish "your" job then YOU the "professional" should do your job right. Bottom line is these people need more training and should not limit a brazilian wax to 20mins. Also if you decide to go to this location stay away from Madison she not only gave me ingrown hair but also itchy bumps (like razor bumps) and she did not ask me if I wanted my bikini line or not she just slapped the wax on then told me she don't see any hair there but she's just gonna do it anyways. I DO NOT have any hair on my bikini line what so ever! If hair starts to grow there because what she did I hope she lose her job because she does not have what it takes to be a licensed professional.
