  • Tiffany the assistant property manager is the worse she has no communication skills they renovated half the property but not all of it people that live in the old apartments pay the same as people that have renovated apartments the gym was closed for months and no credits were given so we were pretty much paying for an amenity we were not able to use. If you are new to Nevada do not be fooled this property is pretty much a pig wearing lipstick. The maintenance sucks they fix nothing you pay for pest control but there is still the occasional cockroach sneaking up on you while your in the bath. Rent there at your own risk.
