  • Went Sunday at 2 with family to rent boats and the line took forever. They don't have enough people working to assist customers and zero apology for taking so long. Took about 10 minutes for each person to rent so even a short line takes forever. Again, zero attention to customer service by simply advising those on line how long it could take.
