rev:text	DO NOT GO TO THEM!!! They charged me $2000 out of pocket for my surgery! They told me thy it wasn't covered by my insurance and now they are asking for another $500. I work and go to school full-time. I can't afford any more and then I call my insurance and they said I was covered but the "codes" that They submitted were incorrect and the facilities won't bother to answer their phones to fix it! My sinus haven't improved and I can't tell a difference! Go anywhere else.
