  • They have very competitive pricing, but I guess you get what you pay for. They consistently have items for sale on the website and then goes on backorder after you've already paid for them. As a small business, I need faster turn around time and need my items in a far more timely fashion. On more than one occasion I ordered items that showed in stock and then my order partially ships, requiring me wait longer or cancelling part of my order, I could've ordered elsewhere in the meantime but they don't communicate anything to you and you have to keep calling them. I will no longer order from here. Their customer service reps don't even seem to give a crap.
