  • I can't say anything about the skill of massages given, that I will never know. However, I can tell you Donna is extremely unprofessional. I made a same day appointment for a couples massage, but later that day had to cancel as my boyfriend's father had to be admitted to the hospital. I texted Donna to let her know we wouldn't be able to make it and why. Instead of being sympathetic as it seems from the other reviews she should be, she instead told me how she had to turn away four other couples and would now lose out. I felt very badly about canceling. I apologized up and down. She was very rude. Now, she has charged me not only for the the deposit, which I understand, but for the whole service. I told her I could pay it as I understood she had lost out, never thinking she would actually charge me for the whole thing. I tried to contact her about giving me a refund, but I have heard nothing back. A normal business owner that cares about the reputation of her business would never be so rude and careless. I probably would have rescheduled the massage for another time, but now someone else will get my business. Apparently she was never educated on customer service. Buyer beware!
