  • I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service from this company. First of all, to book my appointment, it took over a month to get a set date because of how unorganized the company was, replying after several days or not replying at all and having to follow up with them again and again. I let that pass and did not mention it. Then, they mentioned I couldn't get 1 cleaner rather than 2 because of a line on the voucher saying it was under their discretion. Fine, I let that pass as welll, since it's not their fault and I did not inquire about that before hand. Third, the company did not follow up whatsoever about the appointment, the fact you set an appointment with a client more than a week ago, they may forget and it is out of professionalism to call or email to follow up and confirm your appointment. I let that pass as well! But when the cleaners finally came they were absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I don't know why the company is called "extreme clean" but that is a complete misleading name due to the fact the company is NOTHING CLOSE to what extreme cleaning is. I am 100% aware of the terms stated on the voucher but I expected the simplest things to be cleaned such as mopping the floor and cleaning surfaces. It didn't smell clean, didn't even look clean, and when I checked..... It wasn't clean either. There was a bunch of dust under the beds and couches. Literally, the cleaning ladies did not clean under a single thing. The napkin in one of the bedrooms that was on the floor wasn't even picked up and thrown in the garbage, instead it was just moved aside. Garbage in the bathroom and kitchen wasn't cleaned out nor did the ladies even ask if they should remove it. I don't even know what to tell you they cleaned, nothing was done up to par. I bought this as a gift for my mother and she was extremely disappointed. Our house is always clean, all it needed was some refresh. I came in and the house still looked and smelt the same as when I left. Nothing changed! It was a complete waste of my time and money!!
