  • I go to Mac regularly but this location was terrible. We waited for about 5 minutes to be helped and then a woman came up and told us that she couldn't help us because she was in an appointment. We were taken aback because she seemed annoyed that we were even standing there. I told her we were just waiting... We left after that because she had seemed so rude.
