  • 22 months ago Poolscapes created a beautiful pool and backyard landscaping for me. Before deciding on Poolscapes I got 3 quotations. Poolscapes was the highest of the 3. As the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'. I chose Poolscapes because of the experience I had from the moment I walked into their showroom office. I was impressed by their professional approach, and I didn't feel like I was on a car lot, like my experience with the other pool companies. Turns out Poolscapes lived up to my initial impression. My neighbor went with the lowest bidder, and had too many problems to count. To this day he continues to complain about his pool and landscape work. My pool was done on time, and it was done right the first time. Everything about my pool was perfect, and the craftsmanship was with the money. What really promoted me to write this was based on an incident that occurred a week ago, the day before my birthday and on a Friday. The incident caused my pool heater to malfunction, and the party I had planned was in jeopardy... cold pool water is no party. The Poolscapes folks came within 2 hours of me calling them to tell them about my gas heater malfunction. What's amazing about this is the heater was not their responsibility, it technically was a warranty call for the heater equipment company. Not only did they have us swimming later that day, they said it would be no charge! This company has been wonderful from the first day I walked into their showroom office, and almost 2 years later their service is amazing! If you're considering a pool, and you've done your research Poolscapes customers are the most satisfied. Ivan has a real passion for his work! His right hand man Scott, and landscape designer Scott are amazing. Together they are way above every other pool company in Las Vegas. Poolscapes was amazing, delivered beyond my expectations, and now 2 years later continues to amaze!
