Had a great first experience and horrible recent experience. For transparency, this was an experience for take out. I had asked for several almond croissants and was given chocolate croissants instead which I obviously didn't realize until I got home. When I called to ask if I can exchange, the guy I spoke to non chalantly said - only if it was untouched. Eventhough it's not my fault, all I got was "sorry there's nothing we can do". For a couple of croissants?
Owner, please revise your policy because you'll be losing much more when you lose a customer who is a huge fan. That's basic business.
