| - If you haven't been you, need to go. You can't live in Charlotte and not go, and while it's a trek for me, it's definitely worth it. Plug the address into your GPS because it is out of the way, not visible from any street or highway. Go early , of course , for best parking. Then, enjoy. My favorite posts are Hunter's Country Boy BBQ sauce, Dee's All Natural vegan chocolate chip cookies, and Yah's Best...everything ( sauces, dips, salsas, seasoning packets).
There are four buildings: 3 with produce and meat, and one with plants & flowers. The flowers are GORGEOUS and you can get a bouquet for as little as $10. There are also local business such as Great Harvest Bread Co. and Nova's Bakery that set up shop there sometimes.
The best thing to do is bring cash, but many of the stalls accept cards. There may be a minimum purchase amount though , depending on which stall you're stopping at.
