When the lights came on in my vehicle indicating that I needed an air filter AND a cabin air filter (or something like that... How many filters does one vehicle need??), I drove over to my neighborhood AutoZone. It was a little busy inside the store so it took a while to be acknowledged and get assistance. They had both filters in stock and at a fraction of the cost sought by the car dealership.
One of the employees came out and installed both of the filters for me. That employee, Jorge, was awesome. He was friendly and genuinely happy to help. He provided 5-star customer service. Management should have him train the rest of the employees in this store on how to provide excellent customer service.
