  • They were really nice to me and my dog, until they got their $1200. Then they basically just forgot about us. They didn't even call to ask how my dog was doing after her surgery. And when she was having problems and I called them with questions, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Also, if you're thinking about getting a dental for your pet here, extractions are NOT included in the price they'll quote you; even if they tell you they are.
