  • Not sure about previous reviews but we have had NO issues with our landlords. The Tim's are super professional and fixed everything in our home that the college kids MESSED up within a month. Considering it was a lot of items I was impressed. Our neighbors are happy to have a family too! Didn't feel pressured into an immediate decision either. Deposits are expensive but hey, I get it... I'd charge an arm and a leg after seeing what adult kids do to a home. I'll definitely review again after we move out but we want to live here for a long time.
