  • Very angry at this goodwill and will never shop here again! I bought a dvd player for $7.99 and when I got home it didn't work at all, so I went to return it the next day. When I did this I was accused of switching the price sticker bc it was in the wrong spot where they usually put it. I'm so upset I would never try to rip Goodwill off and they only give you store credit for returns, it's not like Id be getting my $7.99 back even though I had my receipt! After I was accused of being a thief I still wanted to get a cheap dvd player that actually worked. But when I went over to them they were ALL priced at $20, when the day before the most expensive one was $10.99. Than I learned it was 50% off Saturday. So apparently they increase their prices on these days to try to fool the customer. I'm fed up with this company, they don't pay anything for these items and try to rip off the less fortunate. I will not be donating to them anymore either, id rather give my items directly to the less fortunate than to a company who takes advantage of them! They don't even deserve one star!
