| - I'll start out with the good. The saleswomen are very sweet. Elyse, our saleswoman, ordered our dress on October 20, 2015. She said the dress should arrive at the end of February or beginning of March, 2016 plenty of time before the April 17 wedding. I called them at the end of February for the arrival date and was told the dress would arrive at the end of March or beginning of April. They said that would leave plenty of time to have it altered. I explained that it leaves little time for alterations and would like the dress by March 15. They sweetly said that they would see what they could do. They called us weekly to tell us they were trying but the manufacturer, Allure, would not be able to ship sooner than March 25. Neither owner, Jen nor Megan could do anything for us. Frustrated I tried to find a phone number to call Allure. I came up empty. On March 25, I sent Allure a message on their Facebook page. Success! They wrote me back that the dress was ready and they were waiting for Lillian Lotte to request that it be shipped. Since LL is closed on Monday's, I had to wait to go speak with the owners until Tuesday, March 29. Megan was professional as we talked to her. Jen, on the other hand, came into the room angry. She denied that Elyse had told us the dress would arrive late February or early March. She was extremely unprofessional. She said that when Allure contacted her on Monday about our message to them, she told them to ship the dress express so it would arrive on March 31 rather than the first week of April. Had Jen had any business sense, she would have requested an overnight shipment so that the dress would have arrived on Tuesday, thereby avoiding an unpleasant meeting with us. There was one other odd aspect to our meeting. We were invited into Megan and Jen's office to meet with them. With them was a rep from another dress manufacturer who stayed in the room the entire time. So unprofessional.
