Received an invoice in August for our visit showing a "New, Expanded Visit" charge of $327.90 which was "adjusted" down to $94.33 balance due by patient. Spoke with Office Manager, described our visit and told her this bill is unacceptable. Office manager was polite, but did try to explain away some of my experience. Am awaiting confirmation of a "courtesy adjustment" to bring the balance to $0.00! Gee, thanks.
