| - The colour is flawless!!!! Highly highly recommend them for colour
Tony chopped of my hair, my luxurious mane is gone, he used only thinning sheets to give me "layer"
After he read my initial review he refunded me the money for the hair cut for which he charged $75 even though I was told $65 when making my appt.
Any ways after he refunded I tried to loo k past what he had done, never have I ever gone to a hair stylist that layered only with thinning sheers usually they use them towards the end to better give definition to my request of face framing layers.
The sad part is his assistant complimented my thick hair. Her exact words were "I am jealous of how much hair you have"
Well now I don't. And refunding my money doesn't get my hair back A**H****. You are by far the worst person to touch anyone's hair. Never once was thinning my hair mentioned.
My exact words long & lots of layers and long side bangs, he repeated it then picked up the thinning sheers and butchered my hair. He even said I had no damage,
Yes I wouldn't have any damage because I get my hair trimmed every 4-6weeks like you are supposed to.
Who knew he's so untalented and lazy that he couldn't give lots of layers with regular cutting sheers?
The Cherry on top? This happened 1 week before my wedding. Thank god my friends told me I could have the person doing my hair give me voluminous curls.
He is lazy lazy lazy. Stay away.
****Initial Experience*****
I called to get an appt here without reading which stylist to schedule with. The person I spoke to I mentioned I have my wedding and of-course I want my appt with the very best. She scheduled me with Tony.
I got here on time, this place is very modern & artsy. Definitely feel like you are amoung artists.
Things I took note off, I am guessing the tony I am scheduled with is the owner, well I have been getting my hair done for a little over a decade and have come across a lot of owners and employees. Having said that I have noticed a lot of friction between employees and owners. That is NOT the case here.
Everyone seems to respect and enjoy working with him. Girls here are very attentive, there was no time wasted between getting me sat down, brushed out, colour mixed, and applied. Tony & another girl worked together to get done.
30mins and I am sitting here processing and writing my initial review.
Will update post experience. So far friendly staff and the general experience is amazing. So it's going in my 5 star & recommended listi
