  • Worked with Mike Perez after sending a request via Edmunds. It took a lot of e-mails (ten) to get the information I wanted (an OTD price). I was in contact with over 20 other dealers, most of which were able to give me the same information in less than 4. He also insisted that the vehicle include window tint, even after I told him we're not interested in it even if it's free. We ended up purchasing else where and so I sent him an e-mail thanking him for his time. This was also sent so he wouldn't waste his (and my) time with followup e-mails or calls. The response I got back from him was rude and unprofessional. Other dealers offered to be of help in the future, Mike seemed to only be interested in making a sale today or never. He'll get never from us. As this wasn't the worst dealer I was in contact with, they get +1 star. If it wasn't for Showcase Honda being so awful and belligerent, Right Toyota would have gotten just 1 star.
